Our respite house and activity centre are right here in Lake Macquarie, close to home for the families we support.
Lake Macquarie is home for us. Our short-term respite house is in Boolaroo and our activity centre is in Cardiff, so for Lake Mac families we're genuinely local, not a service travelling in from somewhere else.
That means easy access to overnight respite, weekend and school-holiday stays, a busy activity centre, and wheelchair-accessible transport for appointments and days out. Every space is set up for accessibility, from a roll-in shower to an on-site hoist, so every Happy Human can take part.
