- ✓Warmth, patience and a person-centred attitude
- ✓Reliability and great judgement around young people
- ✓Experience in disability, aged care, youth work, mentoring, teaching or childcare (or strong transferable skills)
- ✓NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willing to get them)
- ✓A current driver licence and your own car is a big plus
