The Happy Human Bubs: Disability Support for Babies in Lake Macquarie
Playgroup Specifically Designed to Support Bubs With Special Needs (0-6 Years)
At The Happy Human Bubs, our team is dedicated to supporting parents whilst they navigate the beginning of their child’s earliest stages of development. Our structured educational playgroup has been designed so that while your littlies are exploring, their learning and special educational needs are supported. Our specialised team will work closely with you to target specific goals for your child. Progress will be noted throughout the sessions and a detailed report will be provided to outline your child's progress and specific needs— which is needed for NDIS funding. The Happy Human Bubs runs programs for clients in Lake Macquarie.
Our friendly staff will be on hand to answer any questions and guide you to specialist therapy support where needed. We explain the importance of your network team and work with them to establish supports for your child that will benefit development and assist them in reaching early childhood milestones. Hosted by our beautiful early childhood educator and disability support workers, Steph and her team have years of experience in the disability and early childhood sector and will see that you and your child receive the care and support you deserve. We'd love to see you there!

Compassionate, Dedicated Disability Support for Babies
Disability support programs play a vital role in promoting healthy development for babies living with disabilities. These programs offer various potential benefits:
- Early Intervention: Disability support programs identify and address developmental delays or challenges at an early stage, ensuring timely interventions for optimal growth and wellbeing.
- Specialised Care: These programs provide tailored care plans that are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of babies living with disabilities, including medical, therapeutic and developmental support.
- Skill Development: Disability support programs offer targeted interventions to enhance crucial areas of development such as motor skills, communication, cognitive abilities and sensory integration.
- Family Support: These programs provide support and resources to parents and caregivers, helping them navigate the challenges associated with caring for a baby with disabilities, promoting a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Access to Therapy: Disability support programs often provide access to specialised therapies, such as physical therapy, speech therapy, and more, which are essential for the baby's development and overall wellbeing.
- Community Inclusion: These programs facilitate social interactions and community integration, allowing babies with disabilities to engage with peers and participate in activities that promote socialisation and a sense of belonging.
By offering early intervention, specialised care, skill development, family support, therapy access and community inclusion, disability support programs contribute to the healthy development of babies living with disabilities, fostering their potential and helping ensure their overall wellbeing.
