No, we are not a Registered Provider. We accept Self-managed and Plan-managed participants.
Yes. We can offer Support Coordination, and connect you with NDIS providers, therapists, community and other mainstream supports to get the most out of your plan.
Yes, we offer School Leaver Transition to Supports, which includes:

- Discovery activities
- Work experience
- Job-ready skills
- Travel skills
- Personal development skills
Sports and fitness equipment are kept at the centre. Community-based activities include walking, bushwalking, ten-pin bowling, laser tag, swimming, mini putt-putt, trampolining, and much more.
We have a large unisex disabled bathroom with a toilet and a shower, a full laundry, an additional bathroom, and a ramp to the front entry.
Yes. The participant chooses their individual activities. Group activities are prepared according to the group's interests.
Community activity costs, meal costs, cooking and arts & crafts. All holiday activities are paid in advance. Social Connection Club activities. Transport and travel costs.
Transport is provided by support workers in their fully insured private cars. Yes, we support travel training as part of our Individual Supports Program and School Leaver Transition to Supports.
Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Centre activity hours are per the participant's Individual Support Plan or as pre-arranged. Additional supports required outside these hours must be in your NDIS plan.
We close on the Friday the week before Christmas and reopen the 2nd week of January (dates TBA), and on all public holidays.
Not currently. We have a Work Skills Recycling Initiative and plans for future employment options.
Yes. We have a large front door and entry hallway, three individual rooms for arts & crafts, media & gaming, and sensory, plus a full kitchen and separate laundry. We have a large Australian-standard disability bathroom and shower, a conference table that doubles as a lunch room, office rooms, and a massive grassed outdoor area.
The Sounds & Senses sensory room is beautifully decorated and perfect for quiet time. It has a huge Therapy Pod, low-level lighting, visual displays, a projector for Netflix or a movie, sensory toys, and relaxing sounds and smells.
Yes, we have a large kitchen that is wheelchair accessible.
We have Music Therapy as part of our Social Connection Club, plus musical instruments, drums, percussion and a karaoke machine. Some participants take online singing and dancing classes run in the centre via Zoom. And we have a fantastic Smarty Arty arts & crafts room with loads of activities and supplies.
No. However, we can offer in-home personal support.
Yes. We run a School Holiday Program for children aged 7 to 15. For ages 16+, we arrange a getaway for a few days or a weekly holiday. Parents and siblings are welcome.
