Wellness & Active

Our Wellness & Active sessions focus on movement, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing. Our dedicated Yoga Room is a peaceful, sensory-friendly space where participants can stretch, breathe and reconnect with their bodies in their own time.
Sessions are guided by caring staff and tailored to each individual, whether your child is working on coordination, balance, strength or self-regulation. We use yoga-inspired movement to gently build physical awareness and emotional resilience, without pressure or performance.
This space is also ideal for young people who benefit from calm routines or quiet time between more active parts of the day, a chance to move, rest and reset in a safe, inclusive environment that's always flexible to your child's pace.
