Cooking Classes

Our inclusive cooking classes run in a wheelchair-accessible kitchen designed to support young people of all abilities. More than just a place to prepare food, it's a hands-on learning environment where participants build confidence, independence and real-life skills.
Sessions are tailored to each child or young adult's abilities, interests and goals. From basic food prep and hygiene to using appliances, following recipes and cleaning up afterwards, we focus on the practical skills that help young people feel capable in their daily routines. With accessible benches, guided support and a relaxed atmosphere, the kitchen is as much about personal growth as it is about what's on the plate.
Whether your child is learning to make a snack or preparing a full meal, we're here to help them grow.
